Naturopathic Medicine For All

Through your journey towards optimal health, I can offer you a unique set of experiences:

  • As a doctoral graduate of the world-renowned Bastyr University, I am prepared to be your doctor and am armed with an understanding of complex chronic health problems.

  • As a Primary Care Doctor, I'm trained in gynecology and family medicine and can help you navigate the healthcare network and prescribe most medications, if you need them, so all of your healthcare needs are addressed in one place.

  • As a Naturopathic Doctor, I offer the least invasive therapies for you on your journey towards health. These therapies consist of nutrition, lifestyle, herbal medicine, hands-on therapies like CranioSacral, stress reduction, and others.

  • As an Herbalist, I enjoy creating a personalized blend of herbs specifically for you and your unique needs.

  • As a Mom of two teenage daughters, I have an awareness for family life and the importance of health for all ages.
