Restore to Brain Health is a program designed to prevent memory issues, reduce inflammation, and reverse beginning memory problems. This protocol is founded on the newest evidence-based research on memory issues and cardiovascular problems and influenced by the training I have completed with the neurologist Dr. Dale Bredesen

This program takes hard work, determination, and commitment on your part. As your ally I will make it as easy as possible, but you have to be ready to feel better. Taking the steps to restore your health is an act of self-love and recognition that you deserve to feel your best. Once you commit and start to feel better, you’ll have yourself to thank!

WHAT TO EXPECT

The protocol focuses on lifestyle changes that have been successful in resolving and preventing memory issues. These lifestyle changes include:

  • Adopting nutrition support that includes eating whole foods and reducing simple sugars and carbs

  • Intermittent fasting and eating dinner 2-3 hours before bedtime

  • Incorporating exercise/movement every day

  • Supporting and optimizing sleep

  • Creating stress reduction habits and reducing stress impacts

  • Discussing an individualized list of labs and tools to optimize lab results

  • Using supplements to support cognition, nutritional imbalances, and general health (can range in cost $60-$100+ per month)

  • Reducing inflammation

  • Supporting hormones and any imbalances

  • Addressing any other issues  that are contributing to symptoms


STEP 1

Discovery Session                                                                                             FREE


This is a 20 minute session where we both get to discuss your questions, goals, and specific health issues. The main goal for this session is to see if you want to work with me, and if I think I am the right practitioner for you.


STEP 2

First Visit/Assessment                                                                                       $480


During this visit, we will review your questionnaires, medical history, symptoms, and previous lab results. We will discuss innovative lab testing and decide what specific testing would be helpful for you. You will receive a beginning treatment plan with research-based suggestions and realistic goals that we will create together. This visit is up to 120 minutes, depending on if the situation.


STEP 3

Follow Up                                                                                                          $300/hour


The follow up is usually 2-4 weeks after the initial visit and lasts 30-45 minutes depending on what your needs are. During this visit we will review lab results, monitor treatment goals, and discuss changes in the treatment plan to include recent test results. This can be done in person or as a phone consult.


STEP 4

Your Support Team Varies

Most patients benefit from talking to a nutritionist to discuss the specific dietary recommendations we have created for you. We will schedule a nutrition appointment with you so you can get the nutrition support you need to be successful. We also have health coaches that can assist you at any stage of your journey and help you make the treatment plan a reality in your daily life. Our nutritionist and health coaches have been uniquely trained with great experience working with cognitive issues and nutrition. These appointments will be done as phone consults.


STEP 5


Maintenance $300/hour


This is patient dependent and usually you will follow up with Dr Bower every 3 months if you are having symptoms, and maybe yearly if you are focused more on prevention. Sometimes this will include retesting lab values that we are tracking to see what is working and what needs adjustments. We will continue to monitor and track progress based on how you feel. This can be done in person or as a phone consult.
